Heritage Collective is headquartered at 14 Malahide Road in Swords, a short drive from Dublin Airport and accessible via the 33 and 41 bus routes from Dublin city centre. Most of our engagements are delivered as a blend of on-site and remote work, depending on what makes sense for your team's location and working pattern. If you're based outside Ireland, we've successfully run full content factory builds remotely for teams in London, Amsterdam, and Berlin. The first conversation is always free and carries no obligation. We'd rather spend 30 minutes finding out whether we're the right fit than send you a proposal that doesn't reflect your real situation.

We ask about your team's current content output, tooling, pain points, and goals. You ask us anything. No pitch deck, no pressure. At the end, we'll tell you honestly whether we think a Heritage Collective engagement is likely to help you — and which tier makes sense.
If there's a mutual fit, we produce a written statement of work with a full deliverables list, timeline, and fixed price. You review it with your team, request any amendments, and confirm only when you're satisfied with every line.
Once the statement of work is signed and the first payment is made, we schedule a kickoff session with your full team within five business days. From there, we operate on an agreed cadence of check-ins, reviews, and milestone sign-offs until handover.
