How long does a typical engagement take?
Foundation projects typically complete in three to four weeks. Studio engagements run six to eight weeks. Enterprise builds are scoped individually but generally run ten to fourteen weeks, depending on team size and internal availability. We'll confirm a realistic timeline in your statement of work before you commit.
Do we need to have our tools chosen before we start?
No. If you're undecided, we run a brief tool-selection workshop in the first week of the engagement. We assess your team's technical comfort, your budget, and your integration requirements, then recommend a stack. Tool costs are separate from our fees and paid directly to the tool vendors by you.
What if our team changes during the engagement?
It happens. We build the onboarding tracks with exactly this scenario in mind — so any new hire or replacement can be brought up to speed using the materials we create, without Heritage Collective needing to return. If you do want us back for a new onboarding cohort, that's available at our post-project day rate.
Is this only for media and publishing companies?
Not at all. About half of our clients are SaaS marketing teams, in-house agencies, and financial services communications teams. Any organisation that needs to produce consistent, high-quality content at scale and currently finds that process chaotic or inefficient is a strong fit for what we do.
What does post-project support look like?
After handover, your team owns the system completely. If you'd like Heritage Collective to facilitate quarterly strategy reviews, run additional onboarding cohorts, or audit performance data, those sessions are booked at a day rate of €950 + VAT. There is no obligation and no retainer required.
